Look at the firearms used by 99 % of hunters and sportshooters. The only firearms, maybe, which would be left were hundred year old rifle types with fixed magazine, not precise enough for hunting/sportshooting and not even safe to use. Not to mention the immense effect on industry, jobs and assets of hard-working tax-paying citzens. The Netherlands itself showed yesterday, that they don´t trust the EU and abolished the association agreement with the Ukraine. The gunban-proposals are only further coffin nails for the great idea of the EU itself. The anti-EU partys and right wings are already on the move. Ganz kurz wurde es von einem Kommissar als Teil der vorgesehenen Maßnahmen genannt.

Kommissar Avramopoulos hat gesagt, dass die Feuerwaffenrichtlinie ein Teil der Maßnahmen sein sollte.

Leupold ZF ist weg, Aimpoint und die Montage dazu sind wieder zu haben.

Ein Flugblatt für Arbeitskollegen habe ich im Dezember schon einmal erstellt. Sah so aus und ist auch sehr gut angekommen, kann ich jedem empfehlen Gleichzeitig war eine Einladung zu einem Schnupperschießen dabei (sinnvoll!) Wenn du richtig professionelle Flyer erstellen kannst, nehme ich und sicherlich einige andere welche ab. Eine Unterschriftenliste auf der Rückseite kann nicht schaden, wenn die Empfänger überzeugt wurden und noch einige Familienmitglieder zum Unterschreiben bewegt. Muss dann halt den Weg nach Brüssel finden... (Adresse hinten drauf und Bitte um Verschicken, Porto 0,90 €) Schreib doch mal die großen Verbände, besonders BDS an, was sie meinen, ob sie so etwas schon planen oder einen großen Posten Flyer abnehmen und organisiert in Geschäften verteilen könnten, bei Werbezeitungen beilegen können o.ä. Eine Demo in Berlin oder Brüssel habe ich dem BDS und den großen Fachzeitschriften schon nahegelegt. Realität ist aber, dass es fast jeden Tag eine kleine Kundgebung dort gibt, über die niemand berichtet, weil zu klein und weil eben fast jeden Tag eine ist. Ich und viele andere wären auch dabei, wenn es mal jemand in die Hand nehmen würde. Schreib doch mal Firearms United an. Vielleicht könnte man doch was machen und wenn es nur symbolisch ist.

Sind raus. Schnell Antworten und Bezug darauf nehmen, solange es noch im Gedächtnis ist. Bis unsere Mails gelesen werden, kann es auch dauern.

Zu einem gewaltigenTeil ist da auch die einseitige Berichterstattung verantwortlich (böse Zungen bezeichnen es als Propaganda). Die Politik macht, was der Souverän will ? Nur, weil es ihr gerade in den Kram passt...

Die Realität ist denen doch fast egal. Ohne Anregungen von außen machen die sonst was. Dann könnte man nur darauf verweisen, dass Ärzte schon jetzt fahrlässig handeln, wenn sie Waffenbesitzer nicht melden, die eine Gefahr für sich und andere darstellen. Ich schreibe es mal so. Damit werden sie sich aber, fürchte ich, nicht abspeisen lassen.

Vicky Ford hat doch explizit um Vorschläge gebeten ? Dass die ärztliche Gutachtengeschichte komplett raus ist, glaube ich irgendwie nicht. Wenn dafür zu viel Gegenwind kommt, machen die lieber irgendwas, was gut klingt... Was ist an dem schwedischen Vorbild so gefährlich ?

Die ärztliche Meldepflicht in Schweden, kann man die bedenkenlos als Vorschlag schicken ? Kann theoretisch auch dazu führen, dass keiner mehr zum Arzt geht, wenn er was hat, genau wie bei den Gesundheitsprämien und der Praxisgebühr...

Danke dir, schreibe ich eben die anderen auf englisch kurz an. Seine Aussagen waren jetzt nicht negativ, aber kam alles etwas ungenau und unqualifiziert rüber. Bin gerade bei der nächsten Briefrunde mit Vorschlägen. Welcher Deutsche außer Karl-Heinz Florenz hat sich denn noch kritisch geäußert ? bzw. bei welchem MdEP können wir uns für seinen Einsatz bedanken ?
