Ich brauch mal Euren Rat....

Ich möchte meine Benelli M3 verkaufen und mir die Molot Vepr 12 IPSC holen. Wie schaut das rein waffenrechtlich aus, verliere ich mit dem Austragen meiner M3 auch mein Bedürfnis - Voreintrag? Müsste ich die ganze Bedürfnisnachweis-Geschichte neu machen oder bekommt man in so einem Fall den Voreintrag SL-Flinte wieder eintragen?
