Hi there,

This year I will be frequently in the States, sometimes over weekend as well.

I am looking for shops and ranges in the Boston Area, as well as a good US forum to ask questions.

 

Anyone out there with helpful hints?

Mostly not gun (small arms) related but quite interesting:

• Windham Weaponry - manufacturer, shop and indoor range (including class 3 firearms), ~2 h north of Boston
• Springfield Armory - museum ~1.5 h west of Boston
• Lexington/Concord - historical site, ~30 min west of Boston
• USS Nautilus + Submarine Force Museum - museum, ~1.5-2 h southwest of Boston
• USS Albacore - museum, ~1 h north of Boston
• USS Massachusetts + Battle Ship Cove - museum, ~1 h south of Boston
• Mystic Seaport - museum, ~1.5 h southwest of Boston
• White Mountains - national forest, ~2 h north of Boston
