Nein, RSB forderte schon mind. seit 2017 ab Kreisebene, was explizit über die Vorstellungen des Gesetzgebers (siehe WaffVwV, danach muß der Behörde Vereinsebene reichen) hinaus geht. Siehe: https://rsb2020.de/fileadmin/Sport/Downloads/Antrag_WaffB_Anhang.pdf
